The owner of the e-shop ecofertis.eu is Verdon OÜ (registry code 10414553 ) located at Jõekalda Road 56a, Silla Village, Pärnu, Pärnu County 86604 . Goods purchased in the e-shop are subject to sales terms and conditions. Prices of the goods sold in the e-shop are marked by the products offered. Delivery cost shall be added to the price. The delivery fee is displayed to the purchaser when the order is filled out. Information about goods is presented right by the goods offered in the e-shop.
Placing an order
To order goods, the products have to be placed in the shopping basket.

The size of the fee to be paid on the bank account according to the invoice is displayed on the screen.
The contract shall take effect when the payable sum is accrued on the bank account of the e-shop.
The invoice should be paid within 5 working days.
In case the invoice is not paid within 5 days, the order is cancelled.
In our e-shop it is possible to pay by transfer, which requisites are sent to the client’s e-mail together with the invoice after the order has been placed. In addition, it is possible to pay via bank links in cooperation with Maksekeskus or by credit card. All payment options are displayed when you finish your purchase and press the button “Mine maksma” (Go and pay). In our e-shop product prices are in euros (€) and the transaction is performed in euros (€). Verdon OÜ sends the personal data required for making payments to the authorised processor – Maksekeskus AS.

Paying by bank card
Paying for goods by card is comfortable and safe. If you want to pay by card, use MasterCard or Visa card and pay by free of charge safe purchasing program. You can register your card for safe purchasing via the internet bank, which has issued the card. In case the payment is not confirmed, contact the bank which issued the card to you or choose another payment option.
Discount coupons and vouchers
In our e-shop it is possible to pay also by discount coupon or/and vouchers. If you have a discount coupon or a voucher issued by our e-shop, you can pay by it at the e-shop till, by entering the code of the discount coupon or voucher in the corresponding field. A special price or discount is deducted automatically in our e-shop till. The codes of discount coupons and vouchers are distributed personally, or publicly on our home page – alve.ee or during discount campaigns in the Facebook. The validity period and the range of products to which it applies is always marked on the discount coupons and vouchers. Discount coupons can be used only for getting a direct discount for purchases and cannot be exchanged for money without making a purchase.
We send the goods to the corresponding Omniva or SmartPost automated parcel terminal or by courier directly to the address given by the client. Delivery zones are Estonia, Latvia and Finland.
The goods are posted within 2 working days the latest. The delivery period of goods available in the warehouse is usually 2-4 working days; however, the maximum delivery period for goods in the warehouse is 5 working days.
The courier service is performed by Omniva. The prices are established according to the Omniva business clients’ price list. To have a parcel sent to you by courier, add your phone number while placing an order. If the delivery of the parcel fails, the parcel shall be delivered to the closest post office and you will be sent a notification on the basis of which you can get the parcel from the post office marked in the notification. In case of heavy (over 1000 kg) and big (more than one EUR pallet) deliveries ask for the transportation cost from firstname.lastname@example.org. A parcel is stored in the post office for 14 days.
Automated parcel terminal
Parcel terminal service is provided by Omniva automated parcel terminal. When the purchase is placed, the automated parcel service is displayed so that you can choose the closest automated parcel terminal. The service fees are in compliance with the service provider’s price list. By products the parcel terminals are separately offered. The parcel terminal can accommodate parcels with maximum measures: 39x38x64cm.
Maximum delivery period
In special cases when the ordered goods are not in the warehouse, we contact the client and specify the delivery term. Maximum delivery period is up to 14 days.
Right of withdrawal and right of claim
After the receipt of the ordered goods, the client has a right to withdraw from the contract concluded in the e-shop within 14 days.
In case a defect is detected, the consumer has to submit a claim within 2 months at least after the receipt of the delivery provided the product is defective already when delivered.
To return goods, an application in a free form has to be submitted and sent to the e-mail address: email@example.com within 14 days after the receipt of the goods at the latest.
To refund the purchaser all costs including the goods and the delivery, the goods have to be returned in original packaging having no signs of use.
In order to become familiar with the essence, characteristics and operation, the customer may handle and inspect the goods only the way it is done in a shop. In other cases the consumer must compensate the value by which the product value has decreased.
The purchaser shall cover the costs of returning the goods except in case when the reason for returning the goods is that the delivered product is not the one ordered.
The purchaser shall return the goods within 14 days after submitting the application.
The cost of the returned goods and the delivery costs shall be refunded immediately on the purchaser’s bank account (but no later than within 14 days) after the withdrawal notification reaches the enterprise.
Processing personal data
The e-shop shall use the personal data entered by the purchaser only for processing the order and sending the goods to the purchaser. Verdon OÜ is responsible for processing personal data; our enterprise sends personal data required for carrying out payment transactions to the authorised processor – Maksekeskus AS.
